Property information

The Upground Residence is an impressive residential complex as it contains two 16 floors building, each with 4 entrances. There are a total of 550 residential apartments in the middle of the office area . At the ground floor of the buildings, inside the residential compound, a network of food restaurants for all tastes. Feel free to try the view apartments, you'll feel special!

Neighbourhood information

You will be 5 minutes far from the Pipera metro station so you can easily travel in the city. From here you can reach the north, selective, area of Bucharest. Upground residents are within 10 to 20 minutes each from the most famous shopping galleries, restaurants and clubs in Bucharest: Promenada Mall and Baneasa Shopping Mall, Trattoria Il Calcio, Casa Di David, Fratelli Lounge or Club Bamboo, Turabo Society Club to name just a few. The residents are also close to other leisure, health, and sport facilities encompassed by Floreasca area, Herastrau Park, Victoriei Square, and Aviatorilor Blvd. They include Eden Spa, Club Floreasca Swimming Pool, Bleu Ciel Club or the Pescariu Sports & Spa.
