Kick back and relax in calm, stylish space within luxury building, featuring private underground parking and 24h open front desk. Studio and Classic Apartment are 2 available units with different amenities in luxurious building, built of modern materials with a reduced form that highlights the elegance of the space. The Classic apartment offers a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a terrace. The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable bed for two. A folding crib for the youngest is also available. The Studio apartment stands out with a hot tub, and the concept of the apartment is a hotel room for two with a bathroom. A minibar, kettle, and coffee maker are also available. A perfect place for enjoyment. Everything from the size and functionality of the space, to the smallest details of the final processing, we arranged and adapted to your needs.
Property is located in the upper zone of Boulevard of King Alexandar, in the part of Zvezdara that is currently undergoing urban development. The location is extremely well connected to the city center as well as other amenities that are located in the immediate vicinity. Near the facility is the Olimp Sports Center, which offers various types of recreation, as well as the green oasis of the Zvezdara Forest, the proximity of which enables a quick relocation from the urban core to nature. Near the facility is shopping mall Aviv Park, as well.
