Apartman Dunav centar 7 nalazi se u strogom centru grada 100m od šetališta uz Dunav (Kej) i 50m od glavnog šetališta u Kralja Petra ulici. Apartman je na 7 spratu zgrade koja poseduje dva lifta. Apartman poseduje spavaću sobu,dnavni boravak,trepezariju,potpuno opremljenu kuhinji i kupatilo, takodje poseduje i tri terase sa pogledom na Dunav i centar grada, Apartman je opremljen klima uredjajem i prikljućen na daljinsko grejanje (parno grejanje).
U blizini objekta,na 10 min. hoda,nalaze se Smederevska tvrđava i muzej,a na samo 3 km od apartmana nalaze se Kraljevi vinogradi i velelepni objekat rezidencija Kralja Aleksandra Obrenovića.
