Brand new! New furniture, fully furbished. New appliances. 3 TV sets, cable TV, free WiFi (600Mbps). Very peaceful and private. The only apartment on the last 5th floor (no lift). Block away from Skadarlija district. 10 minute walk to Belgrade fortress and Kalemegdan park. 10 minute walk to Knez Mihailova pedestrian shopping zone. 2 minutes away from open green market Bajloni. 10minute walk to the Danube river boardwalk. Across the street from one of the oldest churches in Belgrade. Walking distance to most downtown attractions. Numerous restaurants and coffee-shops nearby. Perfect location for exploring the city and enjoying nightlife.
Hi, I'm Bojana and I started hosting in June 2022, when I bought the brand new apartment in the city center. The place was fully furbished then (new furniture and appliances). My husband and I live 500 meters away so we're always available for any kind of assistance you might need during your stay. We await our guests in the cafe on the ground floor of the building and help with the luggage. I'm an Italian and English teacher and my husband is a kids' songwriter and performer. We are looking forward to hosting people who will appreciate staying in the historic center of Belgrade in the brand new, quiet building with privacy guaranteed (last floor, the only apartment on the floor). Everything worth visiting in Belgrade is walking-distance from Itaka. Should you need free parking, we can show you to the closest safe, free parking zone nearby (500 meters from Itaka). Looking forward to hosting you soon!
