Brand new, top quality accommodation in the heart of Niš. Niš City Center Apartments & Rooms are ideal for business and leisure guests. Apartments are located 80m from tinkers alley where are lots of restaurants and coffe shops. Forum shoping center/mall is just across of the apartments. Nis fotress is just 200 m from apartments.Apartments are on the 3rd floor of one of the most beautiful buildings in Niš, gorgeous architectonic achievement constructed between two world wars, in French neoclassical style. The owner of the buildings was the well known tradesman Andon Andonovic, who was one of the most prominent clothes importers in whole Serbia.

Located in Obrenovićeva street – pedestrian zone, which is full of cafes where young and beautiful people of Niš spend day and night. Walking distance from many cultural attractions: Niš Fortress, Kazandžijsko sokače (Tinkers Alley), National Museum of Niš, Crveni krst (Red cross) concentration camp, Early-Christian basilica with a martyrium.
