Objekat se nalazi u mirnoj ulici,sa dvorištem punog zelenila.Idealno za odmor.
Dragi gosti,domaćin objekta živi u blizini i dostupan je 24h za sva vaša pitanja i bilo kakvu pomoć u koliko bude trebala.
Objekat na udaljenosti od 300 metara od spomenika Ćele kula,puta za Nišku banju i gradske autobuske raskrsnice ,od koje možete poći u bilo koj deo Niša.Direktna autobuska linija do aerodrom Konstantin Veliki.(od 01.07.2025 god. gradski prevoz u Nišu je besplatan).Centar grada je na 2,7km.naplatna stanica Niš - istok i auto puta za Beograd,Sofiju, Istambul je na 5 km.Mini market je na 20 metara od objekta.Park Svetog Save je udaljen 1,5 km, sportski kompleks Čair,aqua park Čair,park za decu je udaljen 2 km.
