In Fegen (5 km) there are canoes for rent. The outlet of Ullared is only 28 km away. Also visit the fortress of Varberg or go for a swim to the sea at Getterön 60 km away or to Skrea beach just outside Falkenberg. In Ätran is artificially snowed, there you can also catch noble fish. The motor for the boat is electric.
