Nice villa in a child-friendly area in Sollentuna only a few hundred meters to the sea and lake! A perfect accommodation for you who value large social areas inside and out with a lovely garden and walking distance to swimming, service and everything you could possibly need! Here you live comfortably with proximity to beautiful, soothing nature, Stockholm's archipelago, nice bathing spots, Stockholm's archipelago and everything else Stockholm has to offer! Very cozy house on two levels with kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, guest toilet and laundry room on the entrance level. Exit to lovely patio under roof from living room. Upstairs there is another living room with a training corner and a single bed. Upstairs there are also three more bedrooms and a stylish bathroom with shower. Cot in the form of a travel cot is available. Located on a nice plot with a wonderful sun position, outdoor furniture and lounge group. Lush lawn made for play with a small playhouse for the little ones. Generous parking in the driveway. You can contact Stugsommar's office for booking inquiries from Monday 30/6 in week 27. Take a short walk down to beautiful Edsviken to stroll along the water in Edsbergsparken where you will also find Edsbergsslott, sit down for a good lunch or ice cream and take a cooling dip in the Baltic Sea! For those of you who prefer to swim in the lake, Norrviken is only 800 meters from the house with a small sandy beach and Rösjöbadet further away which is perfect for children with a jumping tower, jetty, dining and mini golf. If you want to rent a canoe and SUP, there are good opportunities for that. Also take the opportunity to enjoy all the sights central Stockholm has to offer as well as all the beautiful lakes out in the Stockholm archipelago. This is accommodation with a perfect starting point to everything Stockholm has to offer!
