A newly renovated and modern apartment in the old part of Kungälv in a charming property with patios and a view of Bohu's fortress and Nodre river. Free parking and possibility of electric car charging. Close to good public transport to Gothenburg, Marstrand and Kongahälla shopping center in Kungälv. Several golf courses within 15 km.
I like all sports specielly Crossfit, Fotball and hockey. Old propertys and meet new people.
Quiet area in the old part of Kungälv. The property is the old Courthouse in Kungälv with a lot of history and a wonderful garden and surroundings.
