Two modern guest houses only 100 meters from the sea in quiet area. House with 2 bedrooms; large south-facing terrace, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped living room / kitchen. House with 1 bedroom; large south-facing terrace, bathroom and fully equipped living room / kitchen. Located in a quiet area in Åsa with walking distance to several beaches, nature areas, restaurants and shops. Parking included. On the plot is also the host's house. Communications: With car; 47 km from Gothenburg, 28 km from Varberg, 15 minutes from Kungsbacka By train; 28 min from Gothenburg to Åsa Station By bus: 20 minutes from Kungsbacka
We have often rented houses and apartments on our travels and love to get a little more space and freedom, but also to get closer to the genuine of the destination and its people. When we built our house here in Åsa by the sea in 2017, we wanted to create an environment for our children, friends and guests. It became two guest houses in our garden. And the goal was that it would be housing in which we ourselves would love to live.
Here are some places that we recommend during your visit to Åsa. IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD Åsa Hembageri Traditional bakery by walking distance from the house. Åsa Camping och Havsbad Nice and shallow sandy beach. There is also "Strandbaren", a simple but popular restaurant. Walking / cycling distance from the house. Freadals Gård (old farm) Café and restaurant in a 19th century barn. Also has outdoor dining. Simple but good dishes, also serves beer and wine. Hamra Gård (small farm) Shop with locally produced organic products. On the farm there are sheep and pigs. Näsbokrok Nature Reserve History from the 14th century with nice paths, stone ponds and meadows. Located by the sea about 3 km from Åsa. Take the car, bike or go here.
