Company information

Tree Top Hill is not a hotel but a building with 4 holiday homes. Please notice this when you make your booking. It is more safe in these times, as we do not have common areas - everything you book is for you and your guests only. History The Swedish King Gustav was every summer on a visit in Båstad to visit friends, tennis and spend the summer. The company took over the old station at the time when Båstad Community opened the new station in the outskirts of Båstad. The old station is centrally placed in Båstad and soon the old rail-area will be re-oned as a hiking and bicycle area.

Property information

The old station house in Båstad from 1881 is after a complete and detailed renovation turned into luxury holiday homes with own garden areas, large kitchen and social areas - and with the space of 4 bedrooms (2 family rooms and 2 dubbel bed rooms), it is the perfect holiday retreat. Luxury bath rooms and great beds welcome you in an atmosphere of historic building and modern comfort; high speed internet, sonos speakers and smart tv are some of the included facilities in the homes.

Neighbourhood information

The area is a residential area with houses and the old station is placed centrally in Båstad, and walking distance to the sea. The beach area, just a few hundred meters, invites for days at the beach and an outdoor pool area with café and mini golf. Båstad has a lot to offer during summer time, but is just as fantastic during winter where it is possible to go skiing at Valåsen mountain nearby.
