Two sisters that are passionate about commercial real estate and making their beginning with the lovely beautiful studios at Residence Infinite.

Property information

INFINITE Residence is a two-sided Residential Building. On one side, we have the unfurnished apartments for long-term contracts; on the other side, the furnished studio apartments on this listing using the airbnb concept. There are 7 studios spread over 7 floors each with its own touch. Each studio apartment is a living room, a kitchen, a small office area, a king-size bed, a closet, and a bathroom combined into one large space. As a common area, you will have access to a gym and rooftop that has an unsupervised swimming pool and a playground for kids.

Neighbourhood information

At about 20 mn (without traffic) by car from downtown, INFINITE residence is located at the corner of the street that leads to the tourist site of the African Renaissance Monument and faces the hills that lead to the city's lighthouse. Due to its location, the western corniche, it is very easy to move around. There are restaurants nearby, especially in the Almadies area, the island of Ngor, which is very popular among tourists, and access to the beach is very easy.
