Amaya Villa is a brand new contemporary holiday home nestled on the west coast of scenic Ko Phangan. The private Villa has everything you need for a luxurious vacation, three comfortable king size bedrooms with beautiful bathrooms, airconditioning and TV’s, a fully equipped kitchen, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The lounge, kitchen, bedrooms and family areas all are elegantly designed. All the amenities in Amaya Villa will provide the ultimate holiday home for your family time and time again! A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and outdoor dining area, the kitchen comes with your own Mocha Italian espresso maker, juicer, microwave, oven, dishwasher. With smart TVs 55 & 32inch, wifi, ethernet cable and netflix are available with a Harman sound system, security cameras and safety box and onsite parking. The central focus is your own private salt water swimming pool 9x4m, complete with sunbeds, along with a 10 seater jacuzzi set in your own private tropical garden. The 3 spacious bedrooms each boast luxuriant king size beds, beautiful bathrooms and their own private terraces, two bedrooms over look the tropical garden and pool, the master bedroom has its own private terrace.

The location of this villa is just perfect for making it your own private escape to paradise. The main town of Thongsala is 15 minutes by car, with all the modern amenities, shops, night markets and restaurants that you can dream of. The villa is 2 minutes from Hin Kong beach, also known as Happy/Sunset Beach. The beach is a popular swimming beach with soft white sand and a gently sloping shore, there are popular restaurants right on the beach and with more shops and restaurants on the main road for your daily needs. In the area of Sri Thanu there are many yoga retreats and meditation centers close by, next to the property is the Genesis Yoga Centre. The 300sqm Villa is built on a 800sqm plot surrounded by coconut palms and established large tropical trees, the wide open spaces are designed with large terraces and seating areas along with the pool and tropical garden areas. It is beautifully designed with night lighting providing a cosy and enjoyable atmosphere.
