Located in Pearl Beach, a quiet, residential area on the idyllic island of Koh Chang, La VILLA TIPPAWAN is one of the top properties available for rent on the island. It features a beautiful and 240 square meter, high-end villa with 4 bedrooms Really nice new fiberglass swimming pool with salt water, in the tropical garden. less than a one-minute walk to the sea. This sprawling property, which also comprises two large terraces, an outdoor barbecue and huge patio with table and chairs, children’s play area and generous amenities, is ideal for families. The owner, who has lived in Koh Chang for 16years, occupies the top floor (under the roof)of the large building complete independent from the Guests area. Pearl Beach is situated between White Sand Beach and Chai Chet, two of the most attractive beaches in Koh Chang. note party not allowed electricity will be charge 7thb x unit
