Göynūk is a 5-minute drive from the resort. The centre of Antalya, which features sights including the Archeological Museum and the Hadrianus Gate, is 35 minutes away by car. Antalya Airport is 50 km away.

Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay. The previously charged amount will be refunded to the credit card that was used originally.
For the children 7-11 years old an extra charge of EUR 40 is applicable upon check-in.
