Location! Close to everything. The town center, shopping, bar street, the river. 8 of the flats are 2 BR, 1 bath with 2 balconies. each unit has an Ac and each room has fans, 6-mode lighting, and is equipped with Bluetooth speakers. Bar, pool, Jacuzzi, and multiple outdoor sitting areas are available.
I speak English and Turkish fluently. I am very active in all outdoor activities. The guests can join me in those activities free of charge.
The best neighborhood is available in Dalyan. You are so close to everything but far enough to avoid all-night car and music noise. From some units, you can see the "Kings' Tombs". Dalyan is the largest protected land mass in Turkey and Europe for its ecological and historical situation. Dalyan's past goes back to 4,000 years, with astonishing antique city "Caunos" nearby.
