“櫃檯和接待人員態度都很好，是一間老飯店，什麼東西都很有年代感，但乾淨程度也還算可以接受，空間也算大、隔音也還行，完全沒有聽到外面的聲音。有自己的停車場，不需要擔心停車問題。床有點太軟、接受程度因人而異。早餐很豐富。”

“石頭浴缸很有泡溫泉的氛圍。浴室很乾淨，沒看到霉斑，泡完溫泉皮膚真的滑溜溜~ 位置散步至鬧區不遠，慢步享受悠閒的時光很棒。 服務人員很客氣，雖然是有點歷史的飯店，擺設簡單收拾的乾淨。入住後還蠻舒適，沒有異味霉味。”

“幫忙指引停車的先生很熱情, 很棒. 停車位其實步行到飯店只要1分鐘. 感謝飯店幫我們安排高樓層的家庭房, 不會被外面的車水馬龍吵到. 房間超大, 床鋪也很舒服. 步行到礁溪市區也很近. 頂樓就有SPA可泡湯很方便. 房間還有超大的湯池可以泡. 有飲水機.”

“比我想像中的還要大且舒適質感不錯cp值很高價錢也很不錯，厲害的是要了嬰兒床也有，早餐品質好，優秀的是竟然有宵夜這是實在是太棒了，讓不方便出門的人方便在飯店吃宵夜就好了，大廳也有供應冰淇淋麵包布丁飲料咖啡！回鄉累了會再去入住”

“提早預定給了我很好的房間，和觀音石浴缸。 飯店人員眼色很好，看外從我外面走近飯店扛了一堆名產，幫忙感應玻璃門＆按電梯上樓的樓層。 有付早餐券，簡單中西式，喜歡溫泉饅頭和微辣豆乾；還有荷包蛋和炒青菜；咖啡也是咖啡豆不是三合一沖泡。 雖然不是很新的高級飯店，但看的出來有用心維護。 離轉運站走路不到5分鐘；火車站走路10分鐘 交通方便，下次礁溪住宿還是會選擇這間飯店。”
