A luxuries mini-penthouse at the top of a 25-story new residential building with a bomb shelter in the underground parking, providing RARE FULL OPEN SEA VIEW where you can see Odesa Port, Yacht Club, and Arcadia beach, famous for its beach clubs - IBIZA and ITAKA. The absence of high-rise buildings between you and the sea will provide ultimate privacy and most importantly, an open, undisturbed view. Within a 5 minute walk you can reach the main Arcadia beach. You will stay in a closed and secured complex with all the amenities you might need.
I like traveling around the world and explore new places and people. I'm currently based in Ukraine, looking forward to meeting you, and making new friends. see you soon.
The space An open plan waterfront studio-penthouse with a large balcony facing the sea in the design of the Greek island Santorini in a new residential complex in Arcadia Guest access You will be able to access the whole apartment as well as all the complex facilities. Outdoor gym, playgrounds and chilling zones are free. Basketball, Football, and Tennis courts are available upon paid reservation but you can always find a team to join for a sportive game for free. The indoor gym and the recreation area (pool, sauna, massages) are available for paid daily and monthly passes.

* Please avoid splashing water onto the heating rail next to the bathtub.
