Property information

The property is very spacious, clean, luxuriously furnished and well equipped with new appliances. It is located in a very quiet and secure neighborhood with a community police post located just behind it and is surrounded by a high perimeter fence with electric razor wire on top, which provide extra security in addition to the all-night watchman. The property is easily accessible by public means and is within walking distance to very nice restaurants along Muyenga Tank Hill Road and to the bustling Kabalagala suburb with many cafes, pubs and supermarkets.

Neighbourhood information

Muyenga is a secure upscale residential area; home to senior politicians and civil servants, expatriates and business executives. The area has several amenities, schools, gym and recreational facilities, including Muyenga Club (with good facilities for gym, massage and swimming) and Didi's World Entertainment Centre (with kids/family rides, swings, water slides, and a large auditorium/ cinema) located about 1 km away in Kansanga. On top of Muyenga hill, one gets a stunning view of Kampala central district and Lake Victoria.
