Fully renovated and very secluded, with some of the best views in the city! Located very close to I-25 and just 15 minutes from downtown. The property connects to Ute Valley Park. A great hiking or mountain biking park. You will enjoy 12 acres of privacy to yourself. Although you are right in the city, you will feel like you are in the mountains. You will be able to spot Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, and Cheyenne Mountain from most of the home windows. The home is close to the Air Force Academy and minutes from I25, making it a convenient location for most amenities in the area. The home is extremely spacious with large bedrooms and common areas.
