Located on North Topsail Beach, within the scenic Topsail Island in North Carolina, Seabee Surf offers a beachfront getaway. This property features five bedrooms and four bathrooms, providing a comfortable stay for up to 18 guests. It is pet-friendly, allowing up to four dogs for a non-refundable pet fee. The sleeping arrangements consist of one King-size bed, four Queen-size beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a triple bunk bed with sizes queen, twin, and full, plus a twin lounge chair and a roomy twin rollaway bed. Amenities include six televisions, Wi-Fi, an elevator that serves all floors, a game room, and plenty of outdoor seating on three decks facing the ocean. For those with electric vehicles, a 240 NEMA charging outlet is available in the carport. An extension to the deck off the main living area was completed in 2024 to include a hot tub and an outdoor dining setup. Starting in 2025, the property will feature some new beds, mattresses, and a renovated kitchen. Elevator Notice: Residential Elevators are very delicate. SeaShore/Owner will not be held liable if the elevator is not operational during your stay. We will do our absolute best to ensure the elevator is functioning properly however SeaShore will not issue refunds or honor cancellations due to an elevator being down.
