Welcome to Magic on 17th Street, built in 1906! Our charming three-bedroom, two-bath historic home is just a 6-minute walk from UAB, making it perfect for families, students, and professors. It's also minutes from UAB Hospital-Highland and Children's of Alabama, ideal for traveling nurses and medical professionals. We've included both professional and real-time photos from our cleaning team to give you an accurate view. We look forward to hosting you! Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. The living area features a sofa bed and a Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows and movies using your subscribed services. Off the living room is our kitchen and dining room. With five beds available, you and your guests will have plenty of space for a rejuvenating night's sleep. We are pet friendly with a fee and want pet owners to take note that the backyard is not fenced in, but it still offers outdoor space for enjoyment. NOTE: we use portable A/C units to cool the home, not central air. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request..
