Situated right across the street from the wide sandy beaches of the Outer Banks, Happy Days is a stunning 7-bedroom vacation rental home in the town of Southern Shores. When you spend your vacation at Happy Days, you'll have access to a variety of on-site amenities that provide a resort-like feel with the privacy, peace and quiet that come with staying in a private residence. The spacious backyard features a large swimming pool surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs, as well as a bubbly hot tub just steps away. (Additional fee for pool heat in accordance with Seaside Vacations pool service dates. Please request this one week prior to your arrival) The pristine beaches of Southern Shores are just 390 feet away and are accessible via a community walkway over the sand dunes that begins just one house away from Happy Days. Enjoy ocean views from the deck outside the large living area on the home's top level, which also features a dining table with seating for 10 people. A beautiful, well-appointed kitchen provides everything you need to make your favorite dishes right here at home, and several barstools around the kitchen island offer additional seating for meal times or sipping your
