Relax with the whole family at this cute peaceful beach house. Watch TV in the living room or in the kitchen while cooking. Kids can play with sand in the back. Pier across street is PRIVATE property and DOES NOT belong to our property. Patio below has a sink, 1/2 bath, refrigerator, washer/dryer, picnic table, BBQ grill (gas/charcoal). Private boat ramp, parking, fishing dock and cleaning table. Access to Copano Cove Bay. About 15 minutes away from Downtown Rockport, grocery store, restaurants and Fulton Beach.
Some weekend I'm in town and will stop by if you need me. Call in case of an emergency at anytime of the day.
Every home has water access to a channel within the neighborhood. The property is near the cul-de-sac at the end of the street. The owners are located right next door. Asphalt road access. Property has sand parking. Plenty of parking for several cars and boat trailer. You can only park on right side of home. Our Private Boat ramp is straight back of home. Enjoy a morning or evening walk or run within a low traffic neighborhood.
