North Hollywood is a walkable town and just a short walk or drive to many great bars and restaurants, theaters, parks, comedy clubs, gyms, workout studios, supermarkets and much more. The house is also short drive to the freeway providing easy access Hollywood, Universal Studios, Downtown LA and the rest of Los Angeles.
