Barclay Towers is an 8 story oceanfront property that exits directly onto the boardwalk. This particular unit is on the first floor and comfortably accommodates four people. You are within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy the completely renovated, heated indoor pool and updated exercise equipment. Appreciate the fantastic view from your living area or patio overlooking the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. Dine out, or prepare meals in the mini-kitchen which is fully equipped with a full sized refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, glassware, dishes, and flatware. The living area sleeps 2 on a queen sleeper sofa. Sleep comfortably in a spacious bedroom with a king sized bed and ample storage including a dresser, double closet and security safe-box. There are two TV's and a VCR in each unit. Free high speed wireless internet service is included. We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. A USD 200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. There is one parking space for each unit at Barclay Towers. Should you bring a second car or have guests staying with you, you must purchase parking through the City Garage directly across the street from Barclay Towers. There is also a USD 100 refundable deposit due at check-in by credit card or cash. Check in time is 5pm and Checkout time is 10am to allow for cleaning between guests. We hope you choose to stay with us at Barclay Towers! This is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is larger with a full size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have. Minimum booking age is 21.
