Guests will enjoy amazing sunrises and breathtaking sunsets from the semi-private beach. The open living and dining area looks out to the balcony and is comfortably furnished with a Queen sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV/DVD. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and includes a dishwasher and full-size washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a King size bed, flat-screen TV, an adjoining primary bath with double vanity sinks and whirlpool tub/shower, access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King size bed. Both baths have been updated with new vanities and fixtures. Wireless Internet is available. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the uncovered parking area - 1 assigned, and 1 unassigned. No pets. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Bay View Villas is a smoke-free community. No smoking is allowed inside the condo or anywhere on the property, including your condo balcony.
