This lovely twin home is perfect for your visit to Philadelphia. It is nestled on a tranquil and friendly tree lined street. The neighborhood of Black Oak is diverse, rich in history and has impressive architecture. Just minutes to The University of Penn, Drexel University and the University of the Sciences. There is nearby transportation that will take you directly to Center City, International Airport (6 mi, 18 min)and other points of interest in Philadelphia. WELCOME to BLACK OAK REST.

It’s adjacent to Malcom X Park (concerts, cultural events and playground ) 0.3 mile to Cedar Park (concerts, restaurants, cultural events and playground) 1 mile to The University of the Sciences 1.6 mi to the University of Pennsylvania 2 miles to Drexel University 6 miles to Temple University 2.2 mi to 30th Street Station (Regional Rail & Amtrak) 4 mi to City Hall & Center City (Theaters, Historical Sites, Shopping 6 mi to Philadelphia International Airport All easily accessible by Public Transportation if you opt not to drive. Access to Septa (Public Transportation) is one city block away. Route 52 will take you to the Elevated Train Line to go to 30th Street Train Station, Center City, the 69th Street Shopping District or free interchange Subway Train Line to all Sports Complexes.
