This one-of-a-kind home sits only steps away from Brandywine Creek. Boat House on the Brandywine's stone walls dates back to the 1800s. There is even a door that connects to a tunnel from Downingtown Manor, that was used as an Underground Railroad. Need a larger space? Downingtown Manor can be found at 109 Manor and sleeps 10. Both locations are conveniently located close to several Chester County attractions as well as both Philadelphia and Lancaster.

We raised two beautiful daughters here, have 5 fantastic grandchildren and Mark is part of 5 generations of this town.
