Brass Rail Villas is located in a Mediterranean-style luxury gated condo community on the south end of Tybee Island. Community amenities include a private community pool, hot tub a community picnic area. and 2 assigned covered parking spaces close to your elevator. Brass Rail 317 offers guests a premium vacation experience with updated furnishings and decor, hardwood floors, ceramic tile, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless KitchenAid appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, in-unit washer and dryer, and dimmable lighting throughout. Enjoy preparing meals in your spacious, fully-equipped gourmet kitchen that opens to the living area. There is a dining room table that seats 6 and a cozy breakfast bar that seats 3. Located right off the living area is your nicely furnished balcony, which looks out into a grove of trees, adding an extra sense of privacy and relaxation along with a view of the pool. The balcony is accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom and is furnished with a table seating 4, rocking chairs to relax in after a full day of fun, and an electric grill. The spacious primary bedroom has a King-sized bed with balcony access and an attached ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and whirlpool tub. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom, with an additional half bath in the hallway. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides an additional sleeping option. Private parking is available for 2 vehicles, below the building with access to an elevator. NOTE: The parking garage has a 7-foot clearance, and oversized vehicles may not fit.
