Centrally located, it’s just minutes from major highways, putting you 15 minutes from downtown Denver and 10 minutes from Boulder. You’ll also be within walking distance of numerous shopping centers. Please note, the property owner lives on-site in a separate basement unit with a private entrance and is typically home only in the evenings.
