Your very own coastal retreat in Summerland, where you will enjoy beautiful ocean and island views from the viewing decks and from almost every room inside! Only minutes to the shopping, dining and night-life in Summerland, Montecito & Santa Barbara, this 3 bedroom home has an open concept living area ideal for entertaining, and is just a few minutes to the sandy shores of Summerland beach. Most rooms have a fireplace and TV, and high-speed Wifi throughout! Easy off street parking.

Neighbourhood information

Very charming beach community with several shops, restaurants and even wine tasting on the main strip called Lillie Avenue. The beach is very close! Everything is at your fingertips with an easy walk or drive within Summerland, and just a few minutes drive to neighboring Montecito and Santa Barbara.
