For outdoor enthusiasts, the property is perfect for exploring, hiking, and off-road adventures. The famous PCT hiking trail is just 10 minutes away, and popular destinations like Julian, Anza, Borrego Springs, and hot springs are a short 20-45 minute drive. You can even book with the neighboring Country Cowboy Hot Tub Hideaway on 20 acres for more space and activities. This hidden gem on dirt roads offers a peaceful and secluded getaway, but don't worry - in case of last-minute storms, we'll arrange transportation for you and your group. The master bedroom features a King bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a Queen sofa bed. An additional roll-away bed is available for larger groups. Capture some great memories on the antique Foosball table or the 10-in-one 48" game table with table tennis, pool, and more. A mini pickleball court and equipment can also be found in the garage, along with cornhole and bocce ball games. For RV owners, there is a water hookup and 20-volt outlet available. And for those with electric vehicles, we have an EV charger with a Tesla adapter. Plus, the garage also houses a washer and dryer for your convenience.
