Covered decks amaze with views of sunrise-sunsets, starry nights and moon rises over the Pacific. Rainbows abound. Experience healing energy, romance and peaceful tranquility. The Hakuma House - an off-grid two story-house gem - is situated on the Kalapana lava beds near the base of the Kilauea Volcano. Prepare to be blown-away! Besides being the sunniest, driest part of the island, you are surrounded by sweeping views of the volcano, the ocean, and black lava fields as far as the eye can see. Yet it’s very close to festive farmers markets, black sandy beaches, and gorgeous coastal drives. Enjoy this elemental vortex unlike any other! ALOHA! Definitely rent a car. We have some for rent, so feel free to inquire. There are two parking spots for the house.
