Permit #SLP11802 Now available any time of the year as an affordable and convenient vacation accommodation, our rear upstairs studio unit is furnished to host guests wishing to enjoy the best of Newport Beach's coastal activities.... many of which are within easy walking distance. Bayfront Marina Park is just 1/2 block away: a local favorite, including a fantastic kids' playground, the Lighthouse Cafe, paddle board and sailboat rentals; the historical Newport Pier, restaurants and shops galore; and the beach! Everything needed for sleeping, bathing, meal prep and sunny outdoor seating is provided: - King bed - Sofa seating - Flat screen TV (streaming cable TV) - Fully-stocked cooking/dining gear and appliances in small galley kitchen (no dishwasher) - Bar-stool seating for 2 at the kitchen counter - Guests must supply their own food, drinks including coffee, spices, condiments, and paper goods like napkins, plastic wrap, etc. EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Two twin trifold floor mats, extra linens/pillows, are provided to accommodate a total of 3 maximum guests in the unit. (Floor mats are best suited for children). Rollaway twin beds are available for rent as a better option for adults.
