Located in the embrace of Tahoe Donner Golf Course, on a flat lot with easy access long level driveway and minimal stairs; this 3 bed, 3 FULL bath home offers soaring tongue and groove ceilings, maple engineered wood floors, 2 NEW composite decks for relaxing and entertaining and a spacious well equipped kitchen with room for all. The loft has a table for puzzles, games or laptops, more seating or sleeping (queen pull out bed). Master Suite with walk-in closet. Sleeps 10 comfortably; 8 very comfortably! BUT, it's the decks and outdoor space that if a favorite! Grab a hammock, a conversation, a book and a beverage! Listen to the wind in the trees, check out that blue sky! HEAVEN! Nestled along the Tahoe Donner Golf Course, this 3-bed, 3-bath home is a serene mountain retreat. With a flat lot, level driveway, and minimal stairs, accessibility is a breeze. Enjoy soaring ceilings, maple wood floors, and a spacious kitchen. Two new composite decks offer perfect spots for lounging or dining. The loft includes a queen pull-out bed.
