Company information

We've lived in Savannah for over 20 years each. We still live downtown but decided to rent our homes as vacation rentals because we want you to enjoy Downtown Savannah as much as we do. All of our homes are located in the Historic / Victorian district and in walking distance to Forsyth Park where we love to go on Saturday mornings for the Farmers Market or have a picnic on Sunday afternoon. Our kids love the playground and the grand yard. Our properties were decorated to be comfortable for you and your family/friends. We have a large sectional sofa in the living rooms. We want you to relax when you're at our homes and if that means lying on the couch and watching a movie then this is the right place for you! We are both Realtors for Salt Marsh Realty. So if you decide that you want to buy a home while visiting Savannah, please let us know.

It comes fully furnished, and well-equipped with creature comforts including a gourmet kitchen. Available for a month-to-month lease up to 6 months consecutively. Street metered parking only. There is free parking about 5 blocks south from the unit.
