Located across the street from the Golden Belt Historic District in downtown Durham everything is close by. The Durham Bull Pen is just across from shops, art galleries, bars, breweries, pizzerias, and a quick drive to major attractions like the Durham Bulls Park, and the Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC)! Great space for 6 guests. 2 Kings and a Queen 2 full bath. Dog friendly partially Fenced. Free street parking
