Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 8 excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. 2. Parking for 2 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. There is no garage for this property. 3. The property a few doors down is currently under construction. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details. 4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
