Gondola Vista is a Private Luxury Vacation Rental Property. The first of its kind in South Lake Tahoe. We have 20 homes available to rent individually or you can reserve the entire 3.43 acre Property for a private event for Family/Corporate Retreats and weddings. Your “backyard” — a 725-acre paradise, known as Van Sickle Park is unlike any property you have seen before. These exclusive residences range from 2,870 or 3,616 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages, large enough for everyone! Outside you will find Van Sickle Bi-State Park in your backyard (literally), and the Heavenly Gondola soaring above with Heavenly Shopping Village just outside your door!
