My wife, Veronica, and I met on an online dating service, back in 2013. We have rarely been apart since our first date. We produce live theater in Los Angeles and manage rental properties, here and in a few other areas. We live in Los Angeles with our 3 crazy and lovable dogs, Delilah, Henry and Norman. Our guests are our top priority and for that reason we have created a concierge level of service for anyone staying in our apartment. Whether a guest has a question about the building or they're looking for a dinner recommendations, we are happy to help, with quick response to all messages.

The excitement of New York City loft living comes to Downtown LA in this beautifully designed 1 bedroom unit. With it's high ceilings, faux exposed brick & NY decor, guests will feel like they're staying in NYC's Greenwich Village, but with the benefit of LA's 12 months of sunshine! The apartment features a queen bed and queen sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 guests as well as a full kitchen, bistro dining area and bar. Don't miss the 360˚view of LA from our rooftop pool. Free parking included!

Guests are walking distance from dozens of brand new shops and restaurants, as well as, The Crypto Arena, LA Live and the LA Convention Center and less than a 10 minute drive from Hollywood or historic Chinatown. Bringing the kids? You’re also less than 30 minutes from the Universal Studios theme park and under an hour to Disneyland! Sports fans can be at Dodger Stadium or Sofi Stadium before the teams take the field! Walking distance to dozens of shops and restaurants. A 2 minute drive to the freeway. Minutes from the downtown Metro line trains that travel through Los Angeles, Santa Monica and other parts of California.
