Pool and spa heated for optional fee. * Easy access to beach (2 miles), downtown (1 mile),shopping and I75 * Short bike ride to the paved trails that can take you to the beach, downtown, Oscar Sheer State Park and even Sarasota * Fully furnished, immaculately cleaned, and recently renovated house * Large sodded lawn with beautiful landscaping * 3 TV’s with streaming capability * Double driveway with room for several cars * Washer and dryer for guest use * Safe, quiet neighborhood
We are happy to share Venice, Florida with responsible renters. It’s a great place to visit and we work hard to make our house inviting and comfortable. Hosts are available to answer any questions and are very responsive to any concerns that arise.
Quiet, safe residential neighborhood. There are a several restaurants and bars within walking distance. Easy access from I75. Ample parking. You can easily bike or walk around town.
