Nestled in the picturesque Sammamish Valley, Hollywood Manor offers a modern spin on a classic farmhouse with 5 themed guest suites, a chef's kitchen, large common rooms, wrap-around porch and 3-stop elevator. Just steps from two dozen wineries, several restaurants, paved & dirt trail systems, and a seasonal concert venue. The 1.5 acre grounds overlook adjacent little league fields. Whether you are in need of a staycation, corporate retreat, or wedding location, Hollywood Manor can be your home away from home.
Our family has lived in Woodinville since 2003 and have enjoyed the city's wine-centric vibe and seasonal events. We are actively involved in the community and enjoy a network of friends from business leaders to philanthropists, police chief and the Mayor. Hosting as a vacation rental, private events and corporate retreats is special to us as a way to show off the high quality of work we perform as residential a design/build remodeling contractor. Tenhulzen Reserve is a working property with on-site office and design studio separate from the privacy of the Hollywood Manor. This property is special to us because of the vision we had when purchased in 2019. It has taken an incredible amount of work to make it what it is today. Everybody who visits the Hollywood Manor is amazed by its magnificence and we love sharing it.
We chose this property for being situated with western exposure adjacent to a quaintly urbanized tourist district between the cities of Redmond and Woodinville. This way, we can enjoy a quiet country lifestyle, surrounded by entertainment, with everything from Costco to the local farmers market within 5 minutes of home. During the spring and summer, the adjacent little league baseball fields are a delightful backdrop of cheering families with each crack of the bat.
