Just steps away you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking feel effortless. You'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right. THE LIVING ROOM: Just past the kitchen you’ll find a cozy living room full of charm and functionality. Custom built-in shelving adds character and warmth to the space, while a comfortable sofa invites you to unwind and watch TV after a day of exploring. This quiet room doubles as a perfect remote workspace with a desk. For extra guests, the sofa easily converts into a queen bed, with a door for added privacy. SLEEPING AREAS: This apartment offers three distinct sleeping areas designed for both comfort and flexibility. At the end of the hallway, the primary bedroom features a plush queen bed. Across from the bathroom, a cozy second bedroom includes a twin-size daybed. A white noise machine is provided for a restful nights sleep. For larger groups or added convenience, the living room also includes a sofa bed with a door for added privacy, without compromising style or comfort. BATHROOM: Located right off the hallway, the bathroom features a modern vanity, mirror and large shower. The space is fully stocked with essentials that any guest would need. THE BUILDING: This inviting apartment is situated on the ground level, with just three steps leading down to your private entrance. There is one off-street parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.
