* Relax in this stylish, luxurious home created for a comfortable and peaceful stay. * Enjoy an organic tea and coffee bar, organic soaps, organic spices and cooking oils. * Guests have access to the pool and hot tub located just around the corner from the home. * Prime location close to downtown Chandler and Tempe with an abundance of great restaurants, attractions and shopping in the area. * Easy access to 101 and I60 freeways. * Open spacious living room with vaulted ceilings and natural lighting. Featuring unique local art, a ROKU TV, bluetooth soundbar and a comfy sleeper couch, chair and dining area. **Just replaced the couch with a new larger couch with an ottoman that is super comfortable! * Modern open kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and high end cookware/pots/pans. Reverse osmosis UV drinking water system. Brita water filter. * Spacious master suite with vaulted ceiling, comfy king memory foam mattress, full length mirror, a dedicated work area and walk in closet. * Back bedroom features a queen memory foam mattress, a reading nook and sky windows with blackout shades. * Just added wireless iphone/Apple watch/Airpod charging stations bedside. USB ports also are bedside. * Spacious bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and a shower filter for a spa-like shower experience. * Private laundry room with full size LG washer/dryer in home. * Private garage access below with direct access into the home and free parking in the complex. * Private outdoor balcony patio/lounge area.
