Enjoy our unique and tranquil luxury downstairs portion of our Villa getaway. The home is furnished with the most comfortable accommodations. With amazing views of Lake Powell, Navajo Mountain, Lone Rock and Grand Escalante. The villa features two bedrooms with one queen bed in the master and two standard beds in the second room. The beds are high end, soft luxurious, comfortable mattresses. The Villa has a full modern kitchenette with high end appliances, cookware, silverware, air fryer and your favorite beverage and snacks. There is one full bath/shower between the two bedrooms. There are two full bathooms. One off the pantry that has a large shower and one full bathroom with shower and bathtub adjancent to the bedrooms. There is a large capacity GE washer and dryer in the pantry with detergents and softener on site. The refrigerator is stocked with your favorite beverages and the pantry has goodies and snacks at no charge. Enjoy the 75" LG TV for entertainment. Come let us spoil you!

We fell in love with the area and the Navajo culture many years ago. The surrounding landscape is magical. We are an avid fishing couple that loves to travel and enjoys the outside high desert surrounding. We love our country and enjoy spoiling our guests.

Sunset Villa is one mile from the Big Water Visitor Center and dinosaur museum. The dinosaur museum is a great stop on your way to visit Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Glen Canyon Dam, or to hike one of the numerous trails located within the Grand Staircase region. Come explore the vast hiking and trails in the area. There are many restaurants and shopping within a 15 mile radius from Sunset Villa. Across the road from the home, there is a fuel station and small convenience store. The property is only 3 miles away from the famous Amangiri Resort,
