Property information

- This condo is about 1 mile North of the stadium (20 minutes walking)!! - Stunning views of the Black Warrior River (Riverfront!) - 3 bed/2 bath condo. - Sleeps up to 6 people (K, K, Q). - Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of 25 dollars. - There is a gorgeous patio that overlooks the river, with a gas grill, propane fire-pit table & TV outside! - Granite counters, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, games, & more! ** Read prior to booking: Please be aware that you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms and a 45 dollar damage waiver is attached to your booking which will cover for up to 1500 dollars of accidental damages. This will be done outside of BookingDotCom and directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA **
