Beautiful 3br, 2.5ba townhouse is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Convenient and close to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Located just a 7 minute drive to the sparkling emerald coast beaches and also near the new sports complex, The Publix Sports Park, home of the little league world series. Highlights include: new décor, a patio with outdoor dinning and a grill, all within short walking distance to the community pool and lake.

Close to beaches (7 mins), Pier Park, Mini Golf, Shipwreck, shopping, Ridley’s believe it or not, Dat Cajun Restaurant, Walmart, target, restaurants and bars. Next to marina. Best location and community in town! Literally seven minutes from front beach road to beach access point. Golf cart, car, Uber Two parking spaces on driveway
