Brand new and perfectly perched in the heart of downtown, this modern getaway will be ideal for the whole family to get a taste of the Naples lifestyle. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by contemporary tones of grey and white that give the space a clean and airy ambiance that will allow everyone to slip into relaxation. Split between two levels, this home away does not feel like a condo, as there is more than enough room to spread out. The first floor is home to access to the private patio, the living room complete with a sectional sofa, tall ceilings, and a mounted flatscreen TV, and the first guest bedroom. The kitchen is also on this floor and will definitely be the hub for reminiscing with loved ones at the bar seating as the chef of the group whips up tasty meals on the stainless steel appliances. When days heat up, the on-site amenities include shared gas grills, a shared pool, pool spa, a firepit area with seating, and a fitness facility, so no one will have trouble indulging in their own type of fun.
