Recharge at this custom-built, former artist studio, nestled on 1.35 acres of natural beauty. Vaulted ceilings and windows allow for stunning amounts of natural light. Spacious and airy it exudes relaxation vibes throughout. The outdoor amenities include a firepit, picnic table and BBQ grill along with private nature trails winding through the back yard. This charming retreat offers comfort and convenience just 5 minutes from downtown San Marcos.
